REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by IOTAF Inc., Institute of Trading and Finance Inc., Institute of Trading and Finance LLC, Ocram Capital Inc., and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, successors, assigns, or brands (collectively, the “Company”), including but not limited to educational programs, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, live or recorded sessions, and any associated platforms or communication channels, including but not limited to Slack, Discord, email, websites, portals, mobile applications, and any other delivery medium (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. LIMITED REFUND RIGHT (15-DAY PERIOD)

A purchaser may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the initial purchase (the “Refund Period”).

If a valid refund request is submitted within the Refund Period, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid for the applicable Service.

No refunds will be issued after the expiration of the Refund Period under any circumstances.

2. STRICT NO REFUND AFTER 15 DAYS

After fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase, all payments are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable, without exception.

No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Failure to use the Services
• Dissatisfaction with the Services
• Lack of results or performance
• Personal, medical, financial, or business circumstances
• Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend or participate
• Technical issues not directly caused by the Company

3. EFFECT OF REFUND; TERMINATION OF ACCESS

If a refund is granted within the Refund Period:
• The user’s access to all Services shall be immediately and permanently terminated
• The user shall be removed from all platforms, including but not limited to Slack, Discord, proprietary platforms, websites, portals, and any associated communication channels
• The user shall lose all rights to access any content, materials, recordings, live sessions, community features, or any other aspect of the Services
• Any licenses or rights granted to the user are immediately and irrevocably revoked

The user agrees that continued access to any Company materials or platforms after a refund is strictly prohibited and constitutes unauthorized use.

4. NO PARTIAL USE WITH REFUND

By requesting and accepting a refund, the user expressly agrees to relinquish all access to the Services. The Services are not offered on a trial basis, and no user is entitled to both retain access and receive any refund, whether partial or full.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

For subscription-based Services:
• Billing is recurring as disclosed at the time of purchase
• The user may cancel future renewals at any time prior to the next billing cycle
• Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to any refund, whether partial or full, for the current billing period
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

All subscription payments are subject to the same refund terms set forth in this policy.

6. IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND WAIVER OF CANCELLATION RIGHTS

The user acknowledges that the Services include immediate access to digital content, proprietary materials, and/or live or recorded instruction.

By completing a purchase, the user expressly agrees that:
• The Services are deemed fully delivered upon granting access
• Any applicable cancellation or rescission rights are waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
• Access to digital content constitutes full performance by the Company

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Company provides educational and informational services only. The Company does not guarantee any financial, trading, or other results.

The user acknowledges that results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside the Company’s control.

Lack of results does not entitle the user to any refund.

8. CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing the Services, the user agrees not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider except in cases of proven fraud.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:
• The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate access to all Services
• The user remains liable for the full amount owed
• The Company may provide this Refund Policy, proof of acceptance, and proof of access to the Services to contest the dispute
• The user agrees to reimburse the Company for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback, including administrative, collection, and legal costs to the maximum extent permitted by law

9. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Company’s designated support email address within the Refund Period.

The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any refund request and to deny any request that does not strictly comply with this Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
